Nominee(s):

Avneet Kaur

I am Avneet working as a senior business data analyst with the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety for the last 3 years. I started my career as Technical Analyst with the Government of Saskatchewan.

On a personal note, I have my masters in electronics systems engineering from UofR. When I am free I love to cook, bake, watch movies, organize things in my house.

I usually do things fast so my work colleague gave me the nickname of “Dash”.

I have great time management and organizational skills which I often use in my work life as well as in my day to day life.

I would love to be a social director so I can organize more social events for the RES to expand our social networking among other engineers around us.

John Richards

My name is John Richards and I am an Engineer-In-Training working in Regina with Ritenburg & Associated Ltd, a electrical consulting company started in Regina. I graduated from the University of Regina in 2019 and have been working with Ritenburg ever since.

Through the pandemic I have not been able to volunteer my time as much as I would have liked to and would like to help the RES and my fellow APEGS members as their social director.

The RES social events I believe are a big part of the engineering community and I would really enjoy being able to help facilitate those events.
