Danae Lemieux, P.Eng.

Danae Lemieux is a professional engineer born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan and graduated with a BASc in Environmental Engineering from University of Regina. Her professional experience has spanned the geotechnical, materials, transportation and traffic engineering disciplines. Danae currently holds a position at the Ministry of Saskbuilds and Procurement as Director of Capital Projects for Healthcare at the Government of Saskatchewan.

In addition to her career, Danae volunteers as Councillor for Group VII (Environmental) with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) and as a Senator for the University of Regina.  Danae continues to progress her academic career as she is currently completing her master’s degree in environmental engineering at the University of Regina.

In her free time, Danae enjoys strength training, running, world travelling and socializing with her many friends and colleagues. Danae is married to her husband, Justin, a Physical Therapist in Regina and has a toddler son, Briggs and a dog, Luna.
